Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1 serving Vanilla Bean Bowmar Nutrition Protein Powder
1/4 cup sweetener (I use stevia)
1 tbsp matcha powder
1.5 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
1/4 melted butter
3/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond)

Topping:
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp matcha powder

Directions

Serving Size: 5

1. Mix together all the dry ingredients until well combined.
2. Add butter and mix.
3. Slowly add milk while stirring until you get a running, batter consistency
4. Divide into muffins tins
5. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 min (or until a tooth pick comes out clean)
6. Allow the muffins to cool before mixing together the topping ingredients and spreading on the muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup lily sweets dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut butter
Peanut butter sandwich cookie nut butter

Directions

Place muffin parchment liners in your muffin tin and spray with non stick spray to avoid the Pb cups from sticking. Melt the chocolate with the coconut butter until smooth. Then place a layer of melted chocolate into the liner to the cover the bottom of each liner. Then add the nut butter to the center of each cup. Then add the remaining chocolate over each cup once done then place into the freezer for about 1 hour and then enjoy! Keep stored in the fridge!

For this recipe you want to combine all ingredients except the cream cheese spread into a bowl. When you have everything combined. Roll the mixture into balls.

Next you want to microwave about a tbsp of the cream cheese spread. Drizzle this over the energy balls, and then sprinkle some poppy seeds on top.

1/2 package Nasoya Wonton Wrappers
1 package Bowmar Nutrition Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (more or less to taste)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1. Melt butter on medium heat
2. Add chopped apple and cook until halfway to soft
3. Add half the package of wonton wrappers
4. Sprinkle on the Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake powder, brown sugar, and vanilla extract

• 1/2 scoop protein cookies and cream
• 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
• 1 tsp vegetable glycerin
• 1 tbsp vitafiber syrup
• 7g sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

2. Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes until it reaches soft serve consistency.
