Ingredients

• 1 scoop of @bowmar_nutrition protein blueberry cheesecake
• 1 egg
• 1/3-1/4 cup of milk
• blueberries, fresh or frozen
• 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• sprinkle of cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• sprinkle of sea salt

Directions

• mix protein, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into bowl until combined
• mix in oil, egg, milk and blueberries until combined
• add mixture to greased muffin tin and bake for 17-20 minutes at 400 degrees

1/3 cup quick oats
1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
1 scoop Bowmar protein s’mores
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp jet puffed marshmallow bits

Directions

1. Mix the protein powder with the milk.
2. Add the oats, marshmallow bits, graham cracker crumbs and protein/milk combo to a sealed container and stir or shake or stir to combine.
3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours. Enjoy!

1/3 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp lemon extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup almond milk

Directions

Serving Size: 6

Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit and grease muffin tin
Mix all ingredients until smooth
Pour evenly into 6 muffins
Bake 12 minutes or until golden
Serve as preferred, warm with a little butter or chilled, enjoy!!

1/2 cup light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions
