protein

Ingredients

1 scoop Bowmar Protein Strawberry Shake
4 cups frozen strawberries
4 cups ice cubes
1/4-1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 tsp xanthan gum (possible alternative is guar gum, or 3x the quantity of psyllium husk powder)

Directions

Serving Size: 8

Place all ingredients in a large, high-speed blender. (Start by adding 1/4 of the non-dairy milk, yet, after a few minutes, if the mixture is still not forming an ice cream texture, slowly add more milk tbsp by tbsp!)
Blend on most powerful setting (ideally an “ice crush” setting) for about 10 minutes, until the ice is pulverized and the ice cream is completely smooth, and very thick!
Pour out and serve!!
