Ingredients

* 56 g Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, melted⁣
* 3 g granulated Stevia⁣
* 8 g Swerve brown sugar⁣
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣
* the yolk and about half of the white of 1 medium egg ⁣
* 56 g @bowmar_nutrition Protein Cotton Candy, divided⁣
* 105 g all-purpose flour⁣
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda⁣
* 1/4 teaspoon salt⁣
* 28 g Unicorn vanilla morsels, divided⁣
* 90 g frozen banana chunks ⁣
* 15 mL almond milk⁣

Directions

Serving Size: 2 (includes two cookies and ice cream)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F⁣
⁣
2. In a bowl, mix together the butter and the sugars. Then, stir in the vanilla and egg until well-combined.⁣
⁣
3. Next, add in 28 g of the PCC, flour, baking soda, and salt until a sticky dough is formed. ⁣
4. Stir in 28 g of the vanilla chips.⁣
⁣
5. Scoop out about three tablespoons of the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet—there’s enough dough for four cookies. Keep about 2 inches between the cookies. ⁣
6. Bake for 7 minutes. When done, remove and let cool completely on the baking sheet. ⁣
⁣
7. In a blender, combine the remaining 28 g of PCC, banana, and milk until thick. Divide the ice cream into two ramekins. Freeze for a few hours. ⁣
⁣
8. Once the ice cream is set, remove from the ramekins and sandwich it between two of the cookies. ⁣
⁣
9. Lastly, press the remaining 14 g vanilla chips onto the sides of the ice cream on both sandwiches.⁣

– 226 g FF cream cheese, softened ⁣
– 208 g creamy peanut butter⁣
– 33 g @bowmar_nutrition Protein Salted Caramel, divided⁣
– 233 g FF whipped cream, divided⁣
– 30 g peanuts⁣
– 75 g chocolate sprinkles ⁣
– vanilla wafers, for dipping

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and peanut butter with a rubber scraper. ⁣

2. Put 35 g of the whipped cream into a plastic bag and place in freezer.⁣
⁣
3. Add half of the remaining whipped cream and half of the PSC into the cream cheese/peanut butter mixture. Gently stir until combined. Repeat with the remaining whipped cream and PSC, plus the peanuts. ⁣
⁣
4. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap onto a flat surface. Pour the mixture into the center and wrap it up.⁣
⁣
5. Shape it into a rough football shape and transfer it onto a plate. Freeze for an hour. ⁣
⁣
6. Fix and shape the mixture to look more like a football, then freeze again overnight. ⁣
⁣
7. Remove from the freezer. Take the wrapped dip off of the plate. Unwrap it, but keep it sitting on the plastic wrap. ⁣
⁣
8. Dump the sprinkles on top of the dip, using the plastic wrap to fully coat it. Make sure to gently press the sprinkles into the dip so they don’t fall off. ⁣
⁣
9. Remove the whipped cream in the bag from the freezer. Cut one tip of the bag off and pipe the football laces onto the top of the dip. ⁣

10. Transfer to a plate and serve with vanilla wafers. Enjoy!⁣

– 18 g @swervesweetie confectioners sugar⁣
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
– 1 tsp lemon juice⁣

How to:⁣
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using an electric mixer. ⁣

2. Pour and spread evenly into a foil-lined baking dish (I used my usual small loaf pan)⁣

1. Combine butter, milk, and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until butter and chocolate are melted (about 45 seconds)⁣

2 packages of reduced fat cream cheese, 2 scoops Protein Strawberry Shake, 1 Tbsp sugar & fat free jello cheesecake pudding mix, water

Bring your cream cheese to room temperature. Mix 2 scoops of Protein Strawberry Shake with 1/2 cup of water, stir/shake to mix well. Add the Cheesecake pudding to the the protein shake and mix. Put packages of cream cheese into a medium size bowl. Gradually stir in the protein shake mixture until well mixed. Transfer to a fancy serving bowl (optional) and chill for an hour or longer covered with cellophane. Cut up fruit, or serve with fresh berries.

3/4 Cup pitted dates
2 TBSP hot water
1 Cup Bowmar nutrition Nut Butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 Cup puffed quinoa
1/4 Cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 Cup sunflower seeds
1/4 Cup Almonds

Directions

Serving Size: 16

1. Soak dates in hot water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a food processor combine dates, nut butter, vanilla and cinnamon until puréed
3. Add in pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. Quick purée so you keep the crunch (if you want)
4. By hand mix in puffed quinoa. (Otherwise you’ll turn your quinoa to dust)
5. Press into lined baking pan (approx 8×8)
6. Cool I’m fridge for about 2 hours.
7. Cut into squares, and enjoy.
8. Keep stored in an air tight container in fridge. (I like mine frozen!)
