Ingredients
– 170 g FF cream cheese, room temp.
– 70 g light I can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, room temp.
– 32 g @bowmar_nutrition Protein Lemon Pound Cake
– 35 g @allamericannutritionco Cheesecake Icing
– 18 g @swervesweetie confectioners sugar
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Serving Size: 4
How to:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using an electric mixer.
2. Pour and spread evenly into a foil-lined baking dish (I used my usual small loaf pan)
3. Freeze for a few hours.
4. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. Then, cut into squares and top with sprinkles!
