Ingredients

– 170 g FF cream cheese, room temp.⁣
– 70 g light I can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, room temp. ⁣
– 32 g @bowmar_nutrition Protein Lemon Pound Cake⁣
– 35 g @allamericannutritionco Cheesecake Icing⁣
– 18 g @swervesweetie confectioners sugar⁣
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
– 1 tsp lemon juice⁣

How to:⁣
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using an electric mixer. ⁣

2. Pour and spread evenly into a foil-lined baking dish (I used my usual small loaf pan)⁣

3. Freeze for a few hours. ⁣

4. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. Then, cut into squares and top with sprinkles!⁣
