– 28 g Light Country Crock butter
– splash of almond milk
– 45 g chocolate chips
– 45 g @bowmar_nutrition Protein Cookies & Cream
Directions
1. Combine butter, milk, and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until butter and chocolate are melted (about 45 seconds)
2. Stir in PC&C until fully combined
3. Transfer evenly into a parchment paper-lined pan
4. Refrigerate for half an hour. Remove and cut into squares
