Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 cup yogurt
1/8 cup unsalted butter or 1/4 cup oil of choice
1 cup of water or milk of choice (may need to add more based on consistency)
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp of cinnamon (or to taste)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 apple
1-2 scoops of protein

Directions

Serving Size: 16

Makes 12-16 depending on pan size
Whisk egg, melted butter or oil, & yogurt until smooth
Add all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, & protein
Peel apple & finely slice, then mix it in & add more liquid if needed
Bake at 375 for 18-25 minutes, until a toothpick or utensil comes out of the middle clean
Can top with frosting of choice or Bowmar’s protein frosting & nuts if desired

Chocolate Brownie Oatmeal
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tsp stevia
1/2 cup water (more or less depending on desired oatmeal consistency)

Cookie Dough
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 almond flour
1 scoop protein powder
Sprinkle of salt
4 tbsp nut butter (I used Bowmar Nutrition Cornbread High Protein Spread)
1 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
1-3 tablespoons almond milk
Chocolate chips

Directions

Serving Size: 2

1. Mix ingredients for oatmeal and cook as desired (I used the microwave).
2. Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients for the cookie dough.
3. Add nut butter and maple syrup and mix.
4. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until cookie dough reaches desired texture.
5. Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
6. Alternate layering chocolate Brownie Oatmeal mixture and Cookie dough in two microwave safe dishes.
7. Microwave for 1 minute to enjoy hot, but it is also delicious cold!

With a tub of grands biscuits, cut a hole out of the center . Cook them in your air fryer at 360 for about six minutes Or until they are golden brown.Flip them once during cook time to make sure they are cooked on both sides . When you are finished, Brush them with melted butter and dip them in a mixture of cinnamon sugar protein powder . I suggest that you mash the biscuits down a bit
