Ingredients
1 scoop of @bowmar_nutrition’s protein vanilla bean (launching 1/15!!)
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 cup of oats
• 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
• mini chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• dash of sea salt + cinnamon
• 1/4 tap baking soda

Directions
• mix ingredients in a large bowl and plop in the fridge for 30 minutes
• scoop into a muffin tin and bake at 350 for 20-23 minutes or until tops turn golden brown
