4 sugar free chocolate pudding cups
20 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt
4 scoops protein cookies and cream
1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
1 bag smart sweets sugar free gummy worms

Directions

Serving Size: 4

1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder and stir until fully combined.
2. In 4 mason jars, begin with adding one pudding cup to each jar.
3. Next add 5 oz of the Greek yogurt mixture to each jar.
4. Next add 1/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs to each jar.
5. Finally add gummy worms to the top of each jar.
6. Store in the fridge or serve immediately.

8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp powdered erythritol
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 scoop protein cookies and cream
3 tbsp cocoa powder
6-8 drops liquid stevia
1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs

Directions

Serving Size: 4

1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, powdered erythritol and vanilla and beat until smooth.
2. Divide the cream cheese into two bowls.
3. In one bowl, add protein cookies and cream and beat until smooth.
4. In the other bowl, beat in the cocoa powder and liquid stevia until smooth.
5. Assemble 4 small glasses for the parfaits.
6. In each glass layer the chocolate cheesecake mixture, then cookies and cream, then add 1/4 cup cookie crumbs, and repeat the cheesecake layers. Garnish with additional cookie crumbs if desired.
7. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

3 graham crackers
3 tbsp margarine

1. Have 4 small jars cleaned and ready.
2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
3. In a small bowl, melt the margarine. Combine the crumbs and margarine until fully combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of each jar and set aside.
4. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add in the protein, yogurt, vanilla, and erythritol and beat until smooth.
6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jar.
7. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

1 tbs xanthum gum
1 tbs crunchy PB
10-12 ice cubes
A little water

Directions

I put the ice in first , followed by 1 scoop protej , 1 tbs of the Xanthum gum , a tbs of crunchy PB last. Then I add a little water. I blend it . Mix it . Blend until good consistency. Note all blenders are different!

Donut:

1/2 Cup Krusteaz Protein Pancake Mix
1 Scoop Protein French Toast
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Apple Cider
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Apple Pie Topping:

2 Small Apples or 1 Big Apple
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Flour

Glaze:

1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 – 1 Tbsp Nonfat Milk

Serving Size: 6

-Peel, core, and dice the apples into really tiny pieces/chunks
-Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and flour into the apples and set aside
-Spray your donut pan with nonstick spray of your choice and preheat oven to 325°
-Combine pancake mix and protein powder together, then add in wet ingredients. Mix together thoroughly.
-Spoon or pipe batter evenly into 6 donuts (1/6 of batter in each)
-Top each donut with 1/6 of the apple mixture
-Bake for 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
-While donuts cool, mix together powdered sugar and milk until desired glaze consistency is reached… glaze should be thick.
-When donuts are fully cooled, drizzle glaze over them and enjoy!

1 and 1/2 cup carbmaster milk
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
7 oz pumpkin purée
2 tbsp heavy cream

Directions

Serving Size: 4

1. Beat the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes.
Add in the remaining ingredients and beat for another 1 – 2 minutes. It should be thick and creamy.
3. Chill for 2 hours and serve cold.
