1 Scoop Bowmar Cookies & Cream Protein
½ C. 2% milk
5 mini Oreos

Toppings: (optional, not in macros)
Whipped cream
Crushed mini Oreos

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in blender, adding milk just before blending.
2. Pour into a glass, add toppings, and enjoy!

-1 scoop protein pumpkin spice
-1 cup milk of choice(I used unsweet vanilla almond milk)
-1 oz fat free cream cheese (room temperature will blend smoother)
-1 1/2 tbs instant coffee
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 cup ice (use more for a thicker frappe)

Directions

1) Combine milk and protein in a blender until well mixed
2) Add the remaining ingredients to the blender, then blend
3) Pour into a glass, then enjoy! Cool whip is a great additional topping!

1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 scoop protein French toast
1 scoop collagen (optional)

Directions

1. In a blender add about 2-3 cups ice. Add milk and maple syrup and blend.
2. Add protein powder and collagen and blend until smooth and creamy.

1 cup carbmaster milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp sugar free caramel creamer
1/2 tbsp caramel syrup
1 scoop protein hot chocolate
Optional: 1-2 drops caramel flavor
Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Combine the milk, creamer, salt and caramel syrup (caramel flavoring if using).
2. Pour into a small crock pot and set to low. Heat for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
3. Remove the milk mixture from heat and mix in the protein powder using the rapid mixer until no lumps remain. Add toppings if desired.
