Ingredients

1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Hot Chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp walnuts
about 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
1/2 a banana, sliced

Directions

1. Grease your mug
2.In your mug, combine the protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, granulated sweetener, cocoa powder, and walnuts and mix well.
3. Slowly add the milk, while mixing, until you have a smooth batter.
4. Microwave for about 60 seconds.
5. Top with bananas and enjoy

1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop French toast dairy free protein powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 ounces unsweetened applesauce
cinnamon/sweetener blend to top

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Spray a small ramekin with cooking spray.
3. In a bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, protein, baking powder, cream of tartar and applesauce.
4. Sprinkle a blend of sweetener and cinnamon on to.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

1 1/2 cup lily sweets dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut butter
Peanut butter sandwich cookie nut butter

Directions

Place muffin parchment liners in your muffin tin and spray with non stick spray to avoid the Pb cups from sticking. Melt the chocolate with the coconut butter until smooth. Then place a layer of melted chocolate into the liner to the cover the bottom of each liner. Then add the nut butter to the center of each cup. Then add the remaining chocolate over each cup once done then place into the freezer for about 1 hour and then enjoy! Keep stored in the fridge!
