2 sheets of puff pastry
1 scoop of French toast protein powder
1tb sugar

While your puff pastry is defrosting mix 1Tb of sugar with protein powder and put to the side. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
Once puff pastry is defrosted lightly flour surface and roll out while keeping the rectangular shape. Once rolled out thin spread sugar/protein mixture over the surface divided between the 2 sheets. Lightly press into puff pastry, tightly roll each end in and meeting in the middle. One both sheets are rolled, trim the ends and save those pieces to use as the “stem”. Continue to cut pieces about 1/4 inch thick.
On a lined sheet pan place a piece of puff pastry down to be the stem followed by adding 3 cut pieces ontop to form a shamrock.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, if desired you can add some green sprinkles on halfway through to add some color and contrast. Once done remove and cool.

3cp lucky charms cereal
1 scoop PMC

Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals.
While melting line a small 8×8 pan with plastic wrap or foil. This is a small recipe so you will only need to do half of the pan.
Once melted place marshmallows in and coat in butter and proceeded to put into microwave at 30 second intervals until marshmallows are enlarged. Once large place cereal and protein in marshmallows and mix until it is all combined.
Once combined place in lined pan and let cool, then cut into 8 pieces.

1 Bag of White Chocolate Chips
1 Can of Condensed Milk
1 Scoop Protein Key Lime Pie
Green Food Coloring
1/3 Cup Lucky Charms Marshmallows
Green Sugar Sprinkles

Serving Size: 25

-Prep an 8×8 pan (or pan of choice) by lining it with wax paper
-In a medium-sized pot, melt the white chocolate chips on low heat
-Once melted, turn off the heat and dump in the condensed milk, protein powder, and about 8 drops of green food coloring and mix together thoroughly
-Dump the mixture into the prepped pan and spread out quickly as the fudge sets fast. -Once evenly spread out, top with the Lucky Charms marshmallows and sprinkles, and press them gently into the fudge.
-Let chill in fridge for at least an hour, then cut into 25 pieces
-Store in fridge

140g pumpkin purée
1 tsp cocoa powder
4 oz dairy free sugar free chocolate chips
2 tbsp Oreo cookie crumbs

1. Combine the pumpkin purée, protein powder and cocoa powder until thoroughly combined.
2. Roll into 8 small balls and chill until firm.
3. Prepare a plate lined with wax or parchment paper.
4. Melt the chocolate.
5. Using a spoon, coat each ball in the chocolate and place on the prepared plate.
6. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over the top.
7. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Enjoy!

1 tablespoon sugar free white chocolate pudding mix (I use the brand Jello)
Sprinkle of salt
4-5 tablespoons milk of choice (depending on the texture you desire)
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips (I used Lily’s sugar free baking chips)
2 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts

Directions

Mix together the first protein powder, white chocolate pudding mix, and salt. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you achieve your desired consistency. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Eat right away or store in fridge.

cookie dough ingredients:
• 1 scoop of protein vanilla bean
• 2 tablespoons (or more) of your fave mini chocolate chips
• sea salt, to taste
• 4 tablespoons of honey
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup almond butter (i used vanilla @justins almond butter)
• 1/2 tablespoon – 1 tablespoon of water – start with a little and add more to get the consistency you like

other ingredients:
• butter pretzels
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• teaspoon of avocado oil

Directions

• mix all cookie dough ingredients into a bowl
• grab some butter pretzels and take a tablespoon of cookie dough and place on one pretzel. place second pretzel on top to make sandwich
• put chocolate chips and avocado oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted smooth. take out occasionally to stir.
• dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle a lil sea salt on top if you desire
• place in freezer for 15 mins, store in fridge and enjoy!
