Ingredients

1 scoop protein hot chocolate
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp kahluah
1 tbsp vodka
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Combine milk, protein, vodka, and kahluah in a pan whisking until combined and warm. Place mini marshmallows on a pan under the broiler if you’d like before topping your drink with them! I also rimmed my glass with graham cracker crumbs for the full effect!

• 8oz vanilla almond milk
• 2 handfuls of ice
• 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Salted Caramel
• 1 frozen Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup

Directions

Blend the first three ingredients until desired consistency! Then breakup the frozen peanut butter cup and blend until incorporated! DONE!!

1 cup light ice cream*
1/4 cup – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein dulce de leche
Optional: whipped topping

Directions

1. Scoop the ice cream into the blender.
2. Add the protein powder.
3. Add milk, starting with 1/4 cup. Blend and add more milk if desired.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

*I used Nick’s light ice cream. Macros will vary based on ice cream used.

-1-2 cups of ice
-1 scoop Protein Salted Caramel
-1tbs caramel sauce
-1tbs lite cool whip

Directions

-In a blender, combine the milk and Protein Salted Caramel
-Once combined, add in the ice and blend until smooth
-Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of your glass
-Pour milk and protein mixture into your glass then top with lite cool whip
-Drizzle more caramel sauce on top then enjoy!
