Ingredients

1 serving Bowmar Nutrition Pecan Pie Vegan Protein Powder (you can use any flavor but it must be the pea protein, whey will not work)
1 tablespoon sugar free white chocolate pudding mix (I use the brand Jello)
Sprinkle of salt
4-5 tablespoons milk of choice (depending on the texture you desire)
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips (I used Lily’s sugar free baking chips)
2 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts

Directions

Mix together the first protein powder, white chocolate pudding mix, and salt. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you achieve your desired consistency. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Eat right away or store in fridge.

cookie dough ingredients:
• 1 scoop of protein vanilla bean
• 2 tablespoons (or more) of your fave mini chocolate chips
• sea salt, to taste
• 4 tablespoons of honey
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup almond butter (i used vanilla @justins almond butter)
• 1/2 tablespoon – 1 tablespoon of water – start with a little and add more to get the consistency you like

other ingredients:
• butter pretzels
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• teaspoon of avocado oil

Directions

• mix all cookie dough ingredients into a bowl
• grab some butter pretzels and take a tablespoon of cookie dough and place on one pretzel. place second pretzel on top to make sandwich
• put chocolate chips and avocado oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted smooth. take out occasionally to stir.
• dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle a lil sea salt on top if you desire
• place in freezer for 15 mins, store in fridge and enjoy!

2 tsp granulated sweetener of choice (optional)
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
2 tbsp milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
Optional add-ons: peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, etc. (Note: nutrition information does not include add ins)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Roll and shape into a cookie and place on a baking tray. Bake at 375 for 8-15 minutes. If you want softer, chewy cookies, bake them for less time. If you want crispy, crunchy cookies, press them flatter and bake for longer.

1 Scoop Protein Cookies and Cream
6 Oreos, Crushed (regular or mint)

-Cover a baking sheet in wax paper
-Crush up your oreos and set aside
-Microwave the cup of dark chocolate chips until melted. Once melted, mix in half your scoop of Protein Cookies and Cream thoroughly.
-Spread the melted chocolate onto your wax paper-lined pan
-Sprinkle your crushed oreos over the dark chocolate (right away, before it begins to harden)
-Let that harden, then melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave. Once melted, mix in the remaining half of the protein powder thoroughly.
-Next, pour the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate/oreo layer and spread it out so it covers the first layers completely
-Top with your green M&Ms and sprinkles
-Let harden completely (you can refrigerate or freeze to speed up the process), then break the bark into chunks

Spray a small microwave safe mug with cooking spray. Mix ingredients for the cookie layer and the brownie layer in separate bowls. Pour the cookie layer into the greased dish. Then add your oreo. Then add your brownie layer. Microwave for about 25-35 seconds. Keep an eye on it to ensure the brownie layer doesn’t spill over!

1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Collagen
2/3 cup mint frozen yogurt (any ice cream or frozen yogurt will work)
1 whole banana
1 tbs peanut butter
Green food coloring (optional)

Directions

Add ice to a blender. Add in protein, collagen, frozen yogurt, banana, and peanut butter as well as enough water to cover the ice. Add in 1-2 drops of green food coloring (if you want it to be green!) Blend for 30sec-1min. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
