Directions

Set your oven at 400. Mix ingredients.
 
Pour into sprayed small bread loaf tin.
 
Bake for 20 minutes.
 
Topping is 1 scoop PFC and 1/2 container of non-dairy yogurt.
 
Top with pecans and raisins.

  • 4 Scoops PBC Protein Powder
  • 3 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • 3 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 2 Egg Whites (6 TBSP)
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract
  • Dash of Baking Powder

Directions

In a bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
 
Add enough water to make a doughy consistency.
 
Add egg whites and baking powder.
 
Pour into a sprayed mini muffin tin. Cook for 7 minutes at 350.
 
Top with sprinkles if you want before you bake!

Directions

In a bowl, combine egg, milk, and protein powder.
 
Heat griddle over medium heat.

Directions

Turn on waffle maker and spray with spray oil.

  • 1/8 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Container Non-Dairy Yogurt

  • 1/4 Cup Pure Pumpkin

Directions

Mix together. Grease a loaf tin and tear apart 1 piece of Pepperidge Farm pumpkin spice bread. Fill the tin with the bread as the bottom layer and then pour your mixture on top.

Refrigerate overnight.
