Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop (30g) PFC
  • 8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 20g Crushed Cap’n Crunch Cereal
  • Cinnamon

Directions

In a bowl, combine egg, milk, and protein powder.
 
Heat griddle over medium heat.
 
Spray with spray oil Soak bread in egg mixture and coat both sides.
 
Place bread on griddle and flip several times until cooked. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
 
On a plate- spread smashed cereal and press cooked french toast into cereal pieces. Enjoy!
