Ingredients

Cake:
1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Cinnamon Roll
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3/4 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sour cream

Cinnamon Sugar Filling:
1/3 cup Swerve granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
1 tablespoon cream cheese

Directions

Serving Size: 8

1. Preheat oven to 350 degress and grease a bread loaf pan. In a medium bowl sift together the protein cinnamon roll, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a mixer beat butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs until well combined. Next beat in vanilla extract and sour cream.
3. Add the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
4. Next make the cinnamon filling: in a bowl mix together the cinnamon, sugar, and pecans until well combined.

Assembling cake:
1. Pour ⅓ of the batter into the greased pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture into pan. Pour half of the remaining batter, then the remaining cinnamon sugar, then ending with batter.
2. Using a knife, swirl the bather until the cinnamon mixture is mixed in.
3. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cinnamon roll loaf cake to cool completely before applying icing glaze.

Icing Glaze Instructions:
Whisk together powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, vanilla, and cream cheese until well combined. Tip if the icing is too thick you can add more milk. If it is too thin, you can add more powdered sugar. Once you have the desired consistency drizzle the icing over the cinnamon roll loaf cake and enjoy.

1/3 cup finely chopped apple
1 scoop protein French toast
Egg yolk

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the pie crust into 8 small circles.
3. Toss the finely chopped apple with the protein powder.
4. Spoon the apples onto 4 of the circles. Place the remaining pie crust circles on top. Seal with wet fingers and use a fork to pinch the seal closed. Cut an X in the top of each.
5. Brush the pies with egg yolk for a golden crispy finish.
6. Place the pies on a nonstick cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the tops are golden.

2.5 oz fat free evaporated milk
1 scoop protein French Toast
1 egg

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray 4 ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the filling ingredients. Portion out 1/4 of the batter into each of the ramekins.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Incorporate the margarine with a fork or pastry cutter until a crumb topping forms. Sprinkle the topping over the filling in each ramekin.
4. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients

Cookie Dough Ingredients
218 grams (about 2 and 1/4 cup) of all purpose flour and protein powder mixed (1 scoop of protein powder is approx. 1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of unsalted butter
3/4 granulated sugar
1 large egg at room temp
2 tsp of vanilla extract

Filling
2 tbsp of melted butter
50 g (1/4 cup) of granulated sugar
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl and using a hand mixed, cream the butter and sugar together on high for about 2 minutes until smooth.
3. Once combined, beat in the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture using a mixer on medium speed. About a minute.
4. Using the mixer on low speed, combine the dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients gradually.

For plain cookies, follow directions for A. For rolled up cookies, follow directions for b.
5a. Allow the dough to rest in the fridge for at least two hours or over night.
6a. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
7a. Shape in to oblong (taller rather than thicker) balls.
8a. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
9a. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

5b. Divide the dough in to two equal parts.
6b. Roll out each portion on a floured silicon baking sheet, or parchment paper (NOT tinfoil), in to a 9×7 inch rectangle. The dough should be about 1/4 inch thick.
7b. Spread the melted button on the the two rectangles (about 1 tbsp) and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture.
8b. Slowly roll up each rectangle in to a 9 inch log. Be sure to work slowly and if the dough cracks, use some water and your fingers to smooth out.
9b. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
10b. Preheat the over to 350 degrees F.
11b. Cut the logs in to half inch slices.
12b. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
13b. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

1 cup all purpose flour

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8×8 deep baking dish with cooking spray and sprinkle with flour.
2. Combine the almond milk and vinegar and set aside.
3. Combine 1 1/4 C flour with French toast protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and 1/4 C granulated swerve in a large bowl.
4. Beat in softened margarine, eggs, and almond milk mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
5. Use a fork to fully combine 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 C brown swerve, 1/2 C flour and 3 Tbsp butter.
6. Sprinkle the cinnamon filling evenly over the batter.
7. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the egg white and beat until smooth.
8. Add the cinnamon roll protein powder, vanilla and 6-8 drops liquid stevia to taste. Beat until smooth.
9. Spoon the cheesecake layer over the cinnamon layer and spread evenly.
10. Combine the 1/2 c brown swerve, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, pinch of salt and 1 cup flour.
11. Add 1/4 C melted butter and use a fork or pastry cutter to mix until a large crumb is formed.
12. Sprinkle to streusel topping evenly over the cheesecake layer.
13. Bake for 45-50 minutes. If the streusel starts to brown early, cover with aluminum foil.
14. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
15. Store at room temperature for 1-2 days or covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
* Brown swerve may be substituted 1:1 for brown sugar. Granulated swerve may be substituted 1:1 for granulated sugar. This will change the macros.
* Glaze if desired using milk and powder sugar or protein icing!

5 scoops Protein Hot Chocolate
1/2 Protein Hot Chocolate Brownie Bar (crumbled)
1/2 cup cherry pie filling
1 8 oz container Cool Whip
1 packet of instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
1 box of devil’s food cake mix
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
1 cup water

Directions

Serving Size: 6

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a cake pan.
Crumble the half of the Protein Hot Chocolate Brownie Bar and set aside.
Whisk milk and pudding mix until combined, and set aside.
Empty the devil’s food cake mix into a bowl.
Scoop out half of the mix (about 1 1/2 cups).
Add 5 scoops of Protein Hot Chocolate to the remaining half of the cake mix.
Add eggs, water, and applesauce to bowl and mix well.
Pour mixture into cake pan and bake as directed on cake mix box.
Once the cake is cooled, crumble the cake with a fork.
Begin layering each ingredient in a clear dish in this order:
cake, brownie bar, pudding, cherry pie filling, cool whip.
Repeat this pattern until the dish is full.
