- 1 Scoop (30g) PFC
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Handful Ice
- 2g Sugar Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix (dry) 2 Drops Peppermint Extract
- 1/4 TBSP Chopped Peppermint
- Redi Whip
In a blender, combine protein powder, milk, pudding mix, extract and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Top with redi whip and chopped peppermint.
