Ingredients
2 scoops protein banana split
1tblsp coconut flour
2 eggs
2tblsp heavy whipping cream
1/4C walnuts
1/2tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Serving Size: 8
Mix all ingredients together, measure 8 cookies into Pam’d cookie sheet, place a full walnut on top of each cookie (optional), bake on 350° for 9 mins. Remove from pan & let cool for a minute or two. Top with sugar free vanilla frosting (not included in macros).
