Ingredients

1 cup kodiak cakes buttermilk 2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PSS
2 tbsp sugar free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional but soooo good!!!)1 cup unsweetened cashew milk .

Frosting:
3oz softened reduced fat cream cheese 2-3 tbsp milk of choice 1 1/2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PSS
1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1 tsp vanilla extract .

In a large bowl mix:
1 cup kodiak cakes buttermilk 2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PSS
2 tbsp sugar free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional but soooo good!!!)1 cup unsweetened cashew milk .

Mix and pour batter into 8 nonstick muffin tins or line tins with cupcake liners (reminded: they do stick a bit with liners, I’m just lazy and prefer a bit of stickage over scrubbing cupcake pans….)

Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes, let cool.

In a separate bowl beat:
3 oz softened reduced fat cream cheese 2-3 tbsp milk of choice 1 1/2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PSS
1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1 tsp vanilla extract .
Frost cupcakes, and store in fridge!!!
