Ingredients
1 scoop of strawberry milkshake protein
7.7 oz of frozen banana (more or less can be used mine was stuck together so just did it all)
10 fl oz of unsweetened original almond milk
Directions
1. Freeze bananas if using fresh
2. When frozen add to blender with almond milk and protein
3. Blend until desired consistency
