1 Bowmar Nutrition Protein Hot Chocolate Brownie Bar
3 tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter at room temperature
2 tsp of almond milk
30 g of Ghirardelli milk chocolate melting wafers
Serving Size: 8
Begin by cutting up the protein bar into 8 pieces and forming each slice into a ball. Place off to the side for now.
In a mixing bowl, begin mixing together the protein and butter. Add in the almond milk and mix until everything is fully combined.
Next, scoop out the dough (I used my 1/2 tbsp measuring spoon for this) and flatten the dough in your hand. Place one of the protein bar balls in the center of the dough. Carefully wrap the dough around the ball. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat 7 times. Place in the freezer for an hour.
Melt the chocolate wafers according to the directions. Using a fork, dip each brownie ball in the chocolate and quickly roll it around to cover completely. Place on parchment paper and immediately put sprinkles on them if your heart desires. I removed each ball from the freezer one at a time and dipped into the chocolate so they didn’t start to soften. Let cool and harden completely. Refrigerate if desired.
