Ingredients
1/3 cup almond butter
3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 scoop protein French toast
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup coconut flour
Optional: chocolate chips or chunks
Directions
Serving Size: 12
1. Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
2. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Combine the wet and dry and fold in chocolate chunks.
4. Use a cookie dough scoop to form 12 balls and store covered in the fridge.
