PUMPKIN PROTEIN POPTARTS
MACROS PER RECIPE
- 1 store bought pie crust
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 scoop PPS
- 1 egg
Set oven to 400
Mix puree, protein, and egg
On a prepped cookie sheet with parchment paper, lay pie crust and roll into a large square.
Score and use 1/2 crust for bottom layer and other 1/2 for top.
Yields 9 mini poptarts.
Spoon mixture in the middle and top with remaining crust layer
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Yields 9- divide total macros by 9 for individual macros
