Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops PPS
  • 1 Cup Baking Flour
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
    Topping:
  • 1 TSP Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 2 TSP Baking Flour
  • 1/2 TSP Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Prepare muffin tin by spraying with spray oil.

In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients until butter has formed small balls and is well coated- set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients.

Mix at medium speed and add dry ingredients.

Spoon batter among 9 muffins.

Top each with an equal amount of crumb topping.

Bake for 15 minutes, serve warm.
