2 scoops of Bowmar Nutrition Protein Pumpkin Spice
1 brick of softened, fat free cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of Cool Whip
1 tbsp of white chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, mix up the cream cheese. Next, add in protein, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. Once it’s fully mixed, fold in the Cool Whip. Garnish with white chocolate chips. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, etc.
