- 2 Scoops Protein Hot Chocolate Powder
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 2/3 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 10 Drops Peppermint Extract
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners (10-12).
In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Once melted- add protein powder. Stir until mixed. Remove from heat, add peppermint extract, and stir.
Fill lined muffin tin with mixture about 1/4 full Place in freezer for 20 minutes or until hard.
