- 1/2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Scoop Protein Hot Chocolate Powder
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 4 TBSP Powdered Peanut Butter
- 3-4 TBSP Water
Line mini muffin tin with mini liners (10-12) In a bowl, combine powdered peanut butter and water (should be slightly sticky, if too runnyadd more powder).
In a saucepan, heat oil and chocolate chips. Once melted, add protein powder and stir until combined.
Layer bottom of muffin tin with chocolate batter.
Add protein mixture.
Top with more chocolate batter.
Store in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until hard.
