Ingredients
- 1 Cup peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 Scoops PFC
Directions
Set oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add 12 cookies to sheet using a cookie scoop or spoon.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, score the tops with a fork, and bake additional 5-6 minutes.
