Ingredients
- 6oz Cream Cheese- Room Temperature
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 4 Scoops PFC
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
Directions
Set oven to 350.
In a bowl- combine all ingredients, adding protein powder in last.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form 18 equal sized cookies on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
