Ingredients

  • 3 Scoops Protein Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/2 TSP Butter Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Vanilla Yogurt (can use Greek)
  • Sea Salt and Carmel for Topping

Directions

Set oven to 350.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet, dollop batter onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.

Top with caramel and sea salt once cooled.
