- 3 Scoops Protein Hot Chocolate Powder
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/2 TSP Butter Extract
- 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Vanilla Yogurt (can use Greek)
- Sea Salt and Carmel for Topping
Set oven to 350.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet, dollop batter onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
Top with caramel and sea salt once cooled.
