- 40g Protein Hot Chocolate Powder
- 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
- 2 TBSP Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 TSP Mint Extract
- 1oz White Chocolate Chips, Melted
- 1 Candy Cane, Crushed
Mix protein, coconut flour, mint extract, and almond milk. You will know it’s the right consistency when the batter sticks to itself of the bowl.
Roll dough into 5-6 even sized balls.
Melt chocolate chips and roll truffle balls- set on plate or cookie sheet.
Sprinkle crushed candy cane on top.
Stick in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or until ready to eat.
