Ingredients
ice
150ml almond milk
8g sugar free pudding mix (white chocolate or cheesecake)
46g egg whites
1 scoop protein strawberry milkshake
15g fruity pebbles cereal
Directions
-add ice to blender
-add milk (make sure there is a little more ice than milk)
-add egg whites
-add protein powder and sugar free pudding mix
-blend
-blend until it starts to expand
-put into bowl
-sprinkles with fruity pebbles cereal
– enjoy!
