Ingredients
Base—
> 63 g Light @icbinotbutter, melted
> 66 g @bowmar_nutrition Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie
> 96 g @bowmar_nutrition Buckeyes butter (or creamy peanut butter)
Chocolate Topping—
> 7 g Light @icbinotbutter, melted
> 30 g chocolate chips, melted
Directions
1. Combine all of the base ingredients in a bowl—this will form a crumbly dough.
2. Press into the bottom of a foil-lined pan (I used a loaf pan.)
3. Mix the topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Then, spread on top of the base.
4. Once the chocolate has set, cut into bars! Enjoy!
