- 1 Scoop PBCC
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries- for topping
- 2 TBSP Sugar Free Syrup
Directions
Turn mini waffle maker on.
In a bowl, combine protein, egg, and baking powder.
Yields 2 mini waffles, spray in between each.
Top with syrup and smashed blueberries.
