Ingredients
- 8g Pancake Mix
- 8g PBC Protein Powder
- 4g Coconut Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Strawberry Jam
- 3 Strips Cooked Turkey Bacon
Directions
Heat mini waffle maker.
While heating, combine pancake mix, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and egg whites in a bowl.
Once waffle marker is warm, spray with oil.
Recipe will yield 2 mini waffles.
Pour 1/2 of your batter on the waffle maker.
Add peanut butter, jelly, and bacon to your waffles and make a sandwich.
