Ingredients
1 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp protein powder (I used vanilla but any works)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Bowmar Nutrition Lemon Cookie Nut Butter Spread
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients until well combined
2. Add nut butter and mix
3. Add milk and mix until you get a dough
4. Add chocolate chips
5. Shape into a cookie and microwave for about 45 seconds
