1 cup of chopped mango
1 cup plain non fat yogurt
1 cup milk (I used almond)
1 serving Bowmar Nutrition Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1/4 tsp cardomom
Directions
Serving Size: 2
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Sprinkle extra cardomom or cinnamon on top of desired.
