Ingredients

•One scoop of @bowmar_nutrition PLB.
•2 tablespoons of @bowmar_nutrition lemon cookie almond spread.
•Zest and juice of one lemon.
•3 tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats.
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
•4 tablespoons of lemon meringue pie Greek yogurt.
•8oz Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixer and blend. Then just enjoy!!
