2 tbsp Lemon Cookie Almond Butter
2 scoops PFC
2 tbsp Almond Flour
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Lemon Cookie Almond Butter
Sprinkled on top:
Serving Size: 6
Set oven to 375
Mix all dough ingredients together.
Once all mixed, form dough.
Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
Use your thumb to make an indent in the center of each.
Add 1/2 tsp of the Lemon Cookie Almond Butter to the center.
Once filled close the dough back up into a ball shape while trying to make sure most of the Almond Butter doesn’t spill out.
Bake for 5-6 minutes!
Placed on a cooling rack & sift Swerve Confectioners on top!
