1 package of fat free cream cheese (softened)
1 Oikos triple zero berry yogurt cup
1 1/2 scoops of blueberry cheesecake protein
The whites from 1 large egg
12 lemon Oreo thins
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp splenda or stevia
1/2 tbsp of lemon zest
12 cupcake liners
May fold fruit into the cheesecake mixture for more berry flavor.
Serving Size: 12
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray cupcake liners with cooking spray and place 1 oreo cookie in each liner.
3. Mix together all ingredients and evenly pour mixture into each liner.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, allow them to cool at room temperature then freeze for 1 hour.
5. Refrigerate afterwards.
