- 1/4 Cup 100% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- 1 Scoop Protein Hot Chocolate
- 3 TBSP Peanut Butter
In a mini muffin tin, line 12 with mini liners.
Over medium heat- stir chips until melted. Stir in PHC.
Line bottom of mini tins with melted chocolate (may have some left over).
Divide PB evenly among cups. If you have remaining chocolate-top mini muffins (I topped 3 I think with remaining chocolate). Put in freezer for 15 minutes and enjoy!
