Ingredients

-1 Box Sugar Free Jell-O Vanilla Pudding Mix
-2 Scoops Protein French Toast
-2 Cups Skim Milk
-1/2 Container Lite Cool Whip
-Optional Toppings: Fat Free Whipped Cream, Caramel, Graham Crackers, etc.

Directions

Serving Size: 4

-Combine pudding mix and protein powder together
-Add the 2 cups of skim milk to the powder mixture, and whisk for 2 minutes (as directed by pudding mix box)
-Fold in the half container of cool whip gently
-Split into 4 servings and enjoy OR store in the fridge
