Ingredients
2 scoops dulce de Leche protein
3-4 tbsp melted or liquid coconut oil
Peanut butter cookie butter
Directions
Serving Size: 8
Mix the protein with the melted coconut oil until a batter forms.
Use half of the batter to fill the bottom of 6 muffin tins
Freeze for 5 minutes
Add 1-2 tsp of peanut butter to the top of the frozen bottom layer
Freeze for 5 minutes
Add the remaining batter to the top of the frozen peanut butter layer
