Ingredients
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 sheet graham cracker
1/2 cup lite cool whip
1/2 banana
1 scoop dulce de leche protein
Optional: caramel syrup
Directions
Serving Size: 2
1. Crush the graham cracker into fine crumbs.
2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and protein powder.
3. Slice the banana into thin slices.
4. In two small glass cups, layer crumbs, banana slices, and yogurt mixture.
5. Repeat the layers.
6. Top with cool whip and caramel syrup if desired.
