Ingredients

  • 8g Pancake Mix
  • 10g PBC Protein Powder
  • 3g Coconut Flour
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
  • 2 TBSP Redi Whip Whipped Cream
  • 8g Cinnamon Toast Crunch
  • 2 TBSP Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon

Directions

Heat mini waffle maker.

While heating, combine ingredients in bowl (everything besides cereal, syrup, and whipped cream).

Once waffle marker is warm, spray with oil.

Recipe will yield 3 mini waffles.

Pour 1/3 of your batter on the waffle maker.

Cook until golden brown.

Top with whipped cream, syrup, and cereal.
