- 8g Pancake Mix
- 10g PBC Protein Powder
- 3g Coconut Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
- 2 TBSP Redi Whip Whipped Cream
- 8g Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 2 TBSP Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
Heat mini waffle maker.
While heating, combine ingredients in bowl (everything besides cereal, syrup, and whipped cream).
Once waffle marker is warm, spray with oil.
Recipe will yield 3 mini waffles.
Pour 1/3 of your batter on the waffle maker.
Cook until golden brown.
Top with whipped cream, syrup, and cereal.
