Ingredients

2 scoops of Bowmar Nutrition Protein Hot Chocolate
1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp stevia
2 tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter at room temperature
3 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp of chocolate chips (will be melting later)
Candy eyes
Orange mini M&M’s for the beak
Yellow mini M&M’s for the feet
White chocolate Ghirardelli melting wafers for the belly
Whatever color of cookie frosting and regular sized M&M’s for the ear muffs
White cookie frosting

Directions

Serving Size: 6

Start by whisking together the protein, flour, baking powder, and stevia. Next, mix in the butter and applesauce until it makes a dough. Melt the chocolate chips and add into the dough and quickly mix it together.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Get your hands slightly damp (not soaked!) to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Scoop the dough out with a spoon into 6 servings and roll into a ball. Upon placing it onto the parchment paper, use your fingers to slightly press down onto the dough to flatten it out a bit. Bake on 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Leave the cookies on the cookie sheet until they have cooled completely.

Once they are cooled, use the white cookie frosting as “glue” on the opposite side of the candy. You don’t need much. Just a little dab and place everything onto the cookie. Works just like glue after it’s dried! Now, go decorate your heart out!
