Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Lil Buff Funfetti Protein mix
    (code BOWMARFITNESS)
  • 1/2 Whole Egg
  • Enough Water to Make a Batter
  • 1 TBSP Chocolate Chips
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Spray Oil

Directions

Set oven to 350.

In a bowl, mix lil buff, egg, salt, baking powder, and water. Whisk together.

Spray a 5in cast iron pan with spray oil. 

Pour in batter and top with chocolate chips.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
