Ingredients
1/2 cup Non-fat yogurt
1/2-1 scoop protein (I used 1/2, if you want it sweeter, use 1)
Toppings: (as desired, included in macros)
1 T nut of choice
1 T chocolate of choice
1 T grape nuts or granola
Directions
Measure yogurt & put into bowl
Mix protein in thoroughly
Top with goodies as desired, & enjoy!!
