- 1 Scoop PBCC
- 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- Sugar Free Cool Whip for Topping
In a bowl- combined all ingredients except whip.
Spray microwave safe bowl with spray oil and transfer.
Cook in microwave for 40 seconds.
Let cool and top with whip.
